Blueberry Trinidad Moruga Scorpion Peppersauce

I felt compelled to share this recipe because I figured it seemed a little unusual, to me at least, and the visual progression looks cool as well.
Credit goes out to Chris from Caribbeanpot. 4 peppers was hot enough for me. Makes about 2-2.5 cups. Images are my own.

"Youll Need

6 scorpion peppers
2 cups blueberries
2 oranges (juice)
2 scallion
1/4 brown sugar
1 lime (juice)
1/2 cup vinegar"

"...Give the peppers and scallions, a rough chop.. include the seeds if you REALLY want the HEAT! Then place all the ingredients in a saucepan on a low heat and bring to a simmer. Cook/simmer for about 15-20 minutes. Then allow to cool before you place in the blender or food processor."

I make blueberry hot sauce for my pancakes :D
I'll have to try that. Never had hot sauce with pancakes.

I made a couple of the Caribbeanpot sauces some months back.  Added extra peppers because I had them and I thought all the sweet would offset the heat.  They turned out HOT and SWEET.

Yours looks great!  What have you tried it on?
Thank you. This is the only sauce i've made from Caribbeanpot. Most of mine come from Mike Hultquist's recipes. I've tried it on different kinds of meat. I like it best on pastelillos, which are a Spanish hot beef pastry.
