Salsa Lady will have to post the "plated pics". I am not going to the party where these are headed. Does this mean I'm a "caterer"? whoa... no way.

A good friend of mine puts on a Rockin' On The River party each year.  This year she asked me to help (aka make everything) for the party.  Well, not quite EVERYTHING... but most of the main dishes. 
 
 
Last night's dinner was chili, biscuits and sausage gravy for breakfast, just sent 5 gallons of Lavender Lemonade out the driveway with Mardo and a keg of beer.  Baked beans in the oven, gotta get some white 'bama sauce done for cole slaw and the pulled pork, delivery Scovie's "payment".  :woohoo:  :drunk:...then I think I'm done, except for delivering the last bits to the party. 
Evan is scheduled to deliver the pork, so maybe he can post pictures from his phone.
