How many of you make your own hot pepper sauces from mostly your own organic grown hot peppers?

Yes, but not organic.
Do you count hydro solution organic? Hah. This season I'm doing my own fertilizer but will use hydro solution every other watering.
And yes! I have few fermenting jars on the shelf and I just finished last one with sauce, so, I have to get to opening the next one. This time, ananas and mango!
I didn't have enough peppers this year, I was just growing few in one container, but I don't mind buying peppers for now, like piri-piri and basic chili pepper from supermarket (I think it's cayenne), I throw some sweet ones too, to fill the jar, garlic and ginger. I think I put some thyme too.
