Lots of history, descriptions/uses/images of hundreds of varieties, and recipes using many... cant reccomend highly enough

I'm currently reading Chile Peppers: A Global History by Dave DeWitt, and am really enjoying it.

I am also quite enjoying this book right now too.
Aside, DeWitt refers to the chilies as PODS throughout so some readers may be triggered
