The last few years I have been quiet on the THP scene due to my love of Barbecue!!

Started competing with a few other fellas, and also by myself. The passion of cooking with fire grew and grew!!!

Alot of this love of cooking stemmed from this very site!!

Loved all the throwdowns etc and it opened my eyes to many cuisines and dishes.

Here is some of my work, let me know what you think.

Late August to late September I am heading over with others to the USA to Compete in the American Royal while also traveling through....

I don't know the dates you're coming but there's a few other comps around that time you might be interested in. I know if you look you'll find many between Houston and Kansas City, that whole area is BBQ Comp territory.

This one in Thornton, AR is a Jack Daniels' World Championship and American Royal Invitational Qualifier for 2020. It's the weekend after the Royal and not too far out of the way driving back from Kansas.
