Bottles for sauce

For hobby sauce making you can just go to your local market and buy the cheapest bottle on the shelf, empty it, clean and sterilize it then refill and label. I can get Trappey's Louisiana Bull for 69 cents a bottle and save the shipping charges. For professional use though you can't do this.

 Can you reuse the lids?

That's what I though. It's cheaper to buy a full bottle at supermarket :)
Thank you.

Roguejim, sorry I've been busy around the house and remiss in answering. The caps can be reused if they don't have the paper liner in them. The problem being that with the liner in them there's no was to get them sterile if any sauce has gotten behind the cap. The ones I use have a reducer so the caps don't have the liner.
