Nothing fancy - 2 eggs over medium with a little Melinda's extra hot, homemade venison/pork sausage from a whitetail I shot in the fall (I like my breakfast sausage a little charred), and an attempt at homemade pancakes...

Pancake Tuesday with some flair

I need to work on a homemade version of this jalbanero Maple syrup. Great stuff but I used a third of a bottle for one breakfast. I am thinking reaper infused maple syrup experiments are in order.

Waffle with Stettomans homemade Chokecherry - Aji Oro Jelly on one side, unsalted butter on the other and lots of whip cream
in hindsight i didnt need all that whipped cream.
your Jelly is delicious on waffles too Stetto

this last batch of bacon we bought was extra fatty    
it has worked great braided into a pork loin, also wrapped around some grilled/smoked chicken. Not the greatest for breakfast bacon though.
I think i will season the last of it, then add some brown sugar and bake it off, for use in BBQ-baked beans later this week

Nothing special, just a lazy throw together after a 70hr work week.

Toasted sourdough soft boiled egg and havarti cheese sandwich. Missed the open face shot of the soft boiled egg.

Allepo powder inside, with D3 xtra hot verde sauce, chili peppers and a malt vinegar pickled onion.
