Fired up a batch of Chipotle/Tequila/Lime/Habanero mustard.
Brown mustard seeds (courtesy of Kevin S.) soaking in tequila (brought tequila and chocolate habanero/scorpions/bhuts) to boil then simmered:
The next day:
Cooking the mustard down:
(8) 1/2 pints of brown mustard:
