Fired up a batch of Chipotle/Tequila/Lime/Habanero mustard.
 
Brown mustard seeds (courtesy of Kevin S.) soaking in tequila (brought tequila and chocolate habanero/scorpions/bhuts) to boil then simmered:

Did you use any other liquid besides the tequila and lime? Any vinegar?
