Buddy 26# is the best sauce I have ever had. :woohoo: No joke.29# is nice too. :party: I find myself wanting to put 26# on everything. :doh: You got it dialed in perfect.It's got a little kick and then it's gone.If you ever write a hot sauce book are start selling sauces.You can sign me up. ;)

Wow 32 and 33 look real nice...great color......I have to get off my azz and process a couple ferments that are 100 plus days.
