Just wanted to say hello from the Buffalo Niagara (NY) region. I am relatively new to the pepper world... about three years. Started as a part of my serious obsession with growing things.... then it moved onto drying things....and now I am trying my hand at creating my own blend of hot pepper spice.... don't worry, I am not trying to sell anything..... what kind of obsession would that be if I was selling something ?

My blend uses up to 10 different peppers which are picked at different times to get a cross section of flavors, dried, roasted and ground up....

I may be looking for others with similar interests for an "honest opinion" of what I make.

welcome! i used to live over by williamsvile east highschool. i miss it out there. especially the food.i'd kill for some duffs wings right now! the dried mix sounds good.
