If im wanting original buffalo style wings. Ill by pass BWW and go to a local bar. BWW buffalo style sauces are terrible. But every once in a while ill get a craving for their mango habanero, asian zing or Caribbean jerk wings. Usually when i get Mango Hab. Ill order wild flavor to break up the sweetness of the mango flavor.
Since we are all coming out of the Buffalo closet, I gotta admit I too love that mango habanero sauce... And the vinegar and salt wings too. (Anyone successfully replicate the vinegar ones at home??)
I went to B-dubs once. The week it opened in town. Never again. The prices did not reflect the quality of product they serve. I was stoked to try some bomb wings. They came in a paper tray with a sticker on it. The wings looked slimy and anemic. The sauces left a lot to be desired. Maybe I was just spoiled by the local bar/restaurant scene and the exceptional wings they make. Because it seems a lot of people I talk with like it. Or maybe that one was crap. I dunno. But I'll take all you can eat wings and beer for $25 over anything b-dubs anyday.

The single cans of "nectar" fit the bill perfectly for what I needed
