Yellowfin2na May 5, 2015 #2 The leaves I have that look like that are getting hit by caterpillars, snails, and slugs. All of them leave holes like that behind.

F fudgey May 5, 2015 #3 Honestly, I had my plants get hit by hail last year and they looked exactly like that

Weed May 5, 2015 #5 Top pic looks like hail, bottom like snail or slug. So maybe 2 holes on one plant from a pest? I wouldnt worry.

mrgrowguy May 7, 2015 #6 use copper collars or loosely wrap a copper wire around the base of the trunk. This will help with soft bodied pests like slugs, etc. I had a slug problem two years ago, this helped a lot. Maybe not a perfect fix, but the difference was significant. I have not ordered this product, just using it as an example: http://www.amazon.com/Copper-rings-10-5cm-diameter-snails/dp/B00FBG6GUQ/ref=sr_1_23?s=lawn-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1431025147&sr=1-23&keywords=copper++plant I use copper wire as I have it from my bonsai hobby. Here is one I did buy, but have not yet needed. Will be using it later this year for sure though. http://www.amazon.com/Lilly-Miller-100099017-Corrys-Snail/dp/B000QD3BPW/ref=pd_bxgy_lg_text_y
