Buried in snow and ice...I guess I'll post a bunch of questions!

Growing the WHITE Habanero this year. Any opinions on it? Does it have any real flavor?
Heat level etc.

I am also growing the giant Aconcagua this year for the kids.... are they as sweet as the reviews say? I had Marconi last year and it was as sweet as fruit!!!! :P

Jimmy Nardello is another sweet one for this year, but I don't expect it to be super sweet.

all of my other stuff has been grown before.
Thank you!

Jimmy Nardello is very sweet, said to be the sweetest non-bell. The Aconcaguas are excellent multi-use peppers, sort of like sweet bells. Most white chinenses are very hot with a unique flavor, kind of smokey

Awesome!

If we liked the Marconi do you think we will like the Aconcagua?
Is one sweeter than the other?

Thanks "pot"

I haven't grown Marconis in years so I can't really say but I found the Aconcaguas have a thick flesh and are great fresh, fried, roasted, or stuffed. I've read to pick them when they turn light green but I prefer them ripe red. They also seem to ripen without many pest problems, unlike other sweet varieties I've grown

Here's a pic from last year's giant aconcagua
