It was a busy weekend. Turned out 3 new sauces and they came out pretty darn good. One is a smokey brown sauce with chipotle and poblano as the heat source. It's smokey sour. The orange one is red bell peppers onion garlic and cilantro etc prepared in a special way - it's very creamy and I have to make more of this one because I only got 9 small jars from that batch - gets it's heat from red ghost peppers. The third is a different mango pineapple and since the ginger was more pronounced in this recipe I added that to the label since you can taste the ginger. That one gets it's heat from red ad yellow ghost pepper.
