Hi all! My first grow is underway. Transplants are done and now I'm sitting back letting mothernature do her thing.
Now my thoughts turn to 2017...from what I've read some Pubescens like "cooler" temps and are frost tolerant, and while I know that WI winter will kill them surely, I wonder if I could take advantage of my cooler temps here in zone 5a/4b.
Â
Are there any Midwesterner's out there with any experience with the various pubescens?Â
Any varieties that may produce earlier than others?
I'm willing to try my hand at overwintering or just starting very early...
Â
thanks
