Ok so thats set for the weekend.  In the meantime, I got a bug up my ass to do another dish I have never done.  Empanadas.  Specifically Argentinian Chicken Epanadas
 
So Here is the chicken boiling in spices, and im making a zucchini filling

Argentinean baked not fried are my absolute fave. With chimichurri. Had some Sunday at a street fair. Looking forward to it!

These were so light and flaky, like puff pastry, too many times the baked are doughy like calzone with or w/o egg wash and not as good.
