Ok so thats set for the weekend.  In the meantime, I got a bug up my ass to do another dish I have never done.  Empanadas.  Specifically Argentinian Chicken Epanadas

Yes!

Argentinean baked not fried are my absolute fave. With chimichurri. Had some Sunday at a street fair. Looking forward to it!

These were so light and flaky, like puff pastry, too many times the baked are doughy like calzone with or w/o egg wash and not as good.

Ya just realized I am missing some stuffing items, so I am just winging it now... but! 
 
I hadnt pulled out my Molcajete in a while so grinding some parsley, basil, and rosemary

Well i switched to blending by hand, but in the midst of the power outage I forgot the egg
 
Ugh tonight will be a food fail.  Still baking them but they are super crumbly probably wont hold together.   We will see in 20 minutes.  Hooray for natural gas and cell phones

They look like the little frozen burritos that crack in the microwave. Not that I know.
