Hello,

am new to the forum and desperately seeking Sauce advice. I am looking for recipes, basic Sauce Making guidelines or recommendations for Books about Hot Sauce making. Any advice? I know there are some gurus out there who were once in my shoes... Hot Sauce junkies that wanted to start making their own. Please help.

Best thing I can tell you is just try what you think sounds good and build from there. Write stuff down. Nothing sucks worse than making a kick ass sauce but forgetting what you used.

Read ingredients on sauces you like for ideas too.

Let us know how it goes man
