I am asking for your help to boycott and to spread the word of this boycott. The company listed below continues to infringe upon my trademarks with no intention of stopping. Legal action is now required and most likely will be costly and lengthy. This small time business owner will not roll over to the larger corporations!

the linky went dead!!! They sure pulled it quick...now that you're starting to make waves you may get some action!!

Yes...I sent a final notice informing them that if they continued to violate my trademark a suit would be filed. The company responded three days later stating that they would remove the items from their site.

One cannot purchase a bottle from their site, but I'm not sure if they've discontinued supplying their vendors with it. That will take a lil time and investigating to find out.

I've sent out a few letters to various companies and all so far have been very cooperative. I like to give people the chance to stop on their own first. Most people don't even realize they're doing something wrong.

Could I sue and ask for damages? Sure. Will I? No, an honest mistake deserves time to correct.
