overwintering Can annuals be overwinterized?

Can you overwinterize annuals?

Can you overwinterize annual/ perrenials?

Or is there just a perrenial type of chile that can be overwinterized?

Lastly does anyone know of a website or a book that has all the different chile species plants in it giving specific growing needs and some basic individual species information?

Id like to check out which plants of mine are good for overwinterizing, so that I don't wast time on plants that it won't work for.

You can overwinter any pepper with the right conditions and some luck.
Here's some tips:

Check this link out. You can scroll through different types and the writer says based on reading throuh the different peppers there are annuals, annuals/perennials, and full blown perennials.

To save you time this link brings you to the charlston hot. After checking that out take a look at Habanero for a annual/ perennial, then take a look at Lemon drop for a perrenial.

Confused the shit out of me which is why I asked to begin with. So should I just disregard this?

Technically yes they are annuals as they do complete their entire life cycle in one growing season but without a hard freeze they will continue to grow and produce nearly indefinitely as long as you give them adequate conditions.

Cool cool. I'm hype now. Now I just need to figure out which plants are gonna be the lucky ones.
