issue Can anyone tell me what's wrong with these plants please

No they are ok in those.
I was going to say that they might fruit faster in smaller pots... but I recommend you pot up
The soil seems to be good so you will get more peppers if you keep them in a big enough pot so that the roots have plenty of space.... plus they will be needing more frequent watering if you let the roots fill the pots too much.

Considering I lost a lot of time with that damping off saga. My tomatos are coming on, getting flowers, as you can see I got flowers from the peppers, sadly the pepperdew and banana won't make it. I might get proven wrong and they might produce.
But it hasn't been a complete washout.
