Caribbean Yellow 7 Sauce?

I had some Yellow 7s left over from my jelly making activity and decided to make some hot sauce.  Hot packed this in jars as opposed to woozies as I didn't check the ph before bottling.  I free lanced this so I do not have exact measurements.
 
Ingredients:
De-seeded Yellow 7 Pot Chiles
De-seeded Red Bells
Carrots
Onions
Garlic
Yellow Mustard
Ginger
Turmeric
Allspice
Cilantro
Salt
Cumin
Vinegar
Lime Juice
 
Processed in food processor until fairly smooth.  Cooked approximately 20 minutes to blend.  Pressure canned at 12 for approximately 20 minutes.  Should be good to go.  Got (9) 1/2 pint jars.
