Hey guys, first off let me start by saying you have a great site here,
Ive been making my own sauce recently that uses a base of franks red hot. I've been trying to make similar cayenne pepper sauce but havent come up/found with any thing great. Im using ground cayenne (so it is thinner than i would like) if that makes any difference. I cant get my hands on any fresh cayenne peppers yet this time of year.
It seams pretty simple
cayenne
viniger
garlic
a litttle onion.....
but its not coming out how i expected....I'm pretty new to this so go easy ha. Sorry if its a repost.
Any Advice? Thanks.
