I pulled a pack of beef back ribs out last night too, I'm thinking I might need a snack before the butt is done. I still can't believes this price.

Rubbed with salt, fresh cracked black pepper and garlic powder waiting to get to room temp.

Looks like the Char-Griller Smokin' Pro about 199 new. (Smokin' Wrangler is smaller, Smokin' Outlaw, larger)

Good snag if no rust-through. Clean the outer surface rust and hit with BBQ paint, enjoy.

Hell Yeah!!!

Someone already added thermometers at grill level, what else did they do?

Clean it up and paint should make it look new!!

They choked off the fire box with a 90 degree heat shield.  The smoke stack is extended to just above grate level.  Everything else appears stock.

Going to wheel it in and clean it up this weekend.

That butt looks money!

Nice, someone knew what they were doing! Good Luck with it!

I have that same grill without the firebox and I've smoked on it many times with good results. Here's how I set up the coals to smoke.

It turned out some good meat

The ribs were done and rested with enough time to eat one before I had to wrap the butt in towels to put in a cooler to rest. These came out super juicy with awesome flavor. This might be my new favorite way to eat beef.
