food Chicken Bombs

What a great idea AnSeanachi! Tonight I will make this with Windchicken's Chilhuacle Rojo instead of Jalapeño and Yellow Seven Pot in the mix. I will post pics if you don't mind.

Holy crap, those look good.  That is going on my list of pepper ideas for this year's harvest.  Always looking for new ones!  Thanks AnSeanachi!

Really nice job!!! Very inventive.

I wonder as a variation, stuff peno with bleu cheese, wrap in bacon, wrap with chicken, and cook with buffalo sauce!

(I gotta try them just the way you made them first, though! Greatness!)

As promised, I had some tonight. Made them with Jalapeños and also Chilhuacle Rojo. The Yellow 7 was diced and stirred into the mush. Taste was perfect and I definitely will do again. Thanks Gary.

It was Great but you def have to braise the meat for a while makes it nice and tender
and Yes it needs the Flour Tortilla instead of corn   i find it holds the braising liquid better without
falling apart.
