Chicken Bombs

Made these for pepperology last night hope you enjoy them   we did

Start with some nice large Jalapeneos
cut and seed them

addi 1/2 package of Cream Cheese a Couple of dollops of Sour Cream and as many of your favorite superhots as you can stand
 
I Used a Moruga Red and a Naga Viper. mix well

Stuff the Peppers

Wrap the Peppers with Bacon

Pound out some chicken breasts thin and wrap the Peppers with it.

baste the chicken with your favorite BBQ sauce i used Smokey Joes Great Garlic and my own home made BBQ sauce
place in oven at 325 for 25 min
slice and serve

What a great idea AnSeanachi! Tonight I will make this with Windchicken's Chilhuacle Rojo instead of Jalapeño and Yellow Seven Pot in the mix. I will post pics if you don't mind.

Holy crap, those look good.  That is going on my list of pepper ideas for this year's harvest.  Always looking for new ones!  Thanks AnSeanachi!
 
Really nice job!!! Very inventive. 
 
I wonder as a variation, stuff peno with bleu cheese, wrap in bacon, wrap with chicken, and cook with buffalo sauce! 
 
(I gotta try them just the way you made them first, though! Greatness!)

Thought i would throw last nights dinner on here    just for the hell of it
 
Braised Beef Rib Tacos.

Started with some boneless beef ribs  braised for 30 min in beef broth
 
Added Ghost Peppers, Biker Billys, Cherry Bombs, and Thai Chilies ( seen left to right on the cutting board)
to my pan with onions, salt and pepper and garlic. sautee until onions are soft 3 min add the beef and taco seasoning.
( make your own seasoning if you perfer, its pretty simple)

simmer for 5 to 10 min
pick your favorite taco toppings
put on a shell with sides of your choice
i had leftover yellow rice
Ice cold Beer and Enjoy!!

BTW the Scotch Bonnet sauce was a gift from PIC 1  Thanks Greg
 the tomatoes (San Marzanos) and the  peppers are
all from my garden

Nice combo using the beef ribs and the flour tortilla... Bet that was tender.  
 
Wow.....that Ghost looks oily... :hot: 
I can almost smell the goodness from 10 miles away....

It was Great but you def have to braise the meat for a while makes it nice and tender
and Yes it needs the Flour Tortilla instead of corn   i find it holds the braising liquid better without
falling apart.
