Chile con queso y carne

OK. Try it.
I call it Veda's Chile con queso out of respect to the woman who turned me on to it in 1977 or so. She was a ragin Cajun.

One 2 lb box of Velveeta.
Jigger of Worcestershire.
1 lb of burger or ground sausage of your choice. Whatever. I've even chopped venison.
1 16 oz can of chopped 'maters( or fresh)
I med-large hot ass onion chopped
4 strips of bacon.
1/2 cup of chopped seeded Jalapenos ( I know you nuts will have other ideas)

Cook the bacon to death----crisp.--remove--drain.
Insert onion in bacon grease--saute
Dump hamburger or( meat) in/brown it good.
Toss in pepper of choice. Simmer.
Hit it with Worcestershire ( salt substitute)

Fire up a double boiler and melt the cheese ( I use a microwave).
Dump the rest in( add the fresh'maters) it and stir it up.

Tell me it sucks ( aint happenin')

The other day I tripped and fell down.

Onto some broken glass.

I lost almost 2 quarts of queso before the EMT's got the tourniquet on.

Took the ambulance ride straight to La Hacienda Ranch for a "transfusion".

I'm sure you remember when you joined, where it talks about posting recipes... (Page six, paragraph three, line one)...
"no pics, didn't happen".

Hahahahaha Texas Blues is the Willy Wonka of sheeze. And he has a sheese tree.

You need to be more careful TB, because Type Q+ DOESN'T grow on trees.

I ain't worried.

I'm going to pay for a boob job for mrs. blues.

The left fun bag will be loaded with beer.

The right fun bag will be loaded with queso.

I'll let you know when the new install is complete.

I'd advise you to invest heavily in Red Solo Cups and Tostito's.
