chile hot chocolate?

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone knows the way to make that kind of hot chocolate with pepper powder? I forgot what it was called, I think it was an old Mexican drink? It's been below freezing where I am, and I could really use a cup of this stuff.:) So if anyone could help me out that would be great!
