Hi folks.... looking foward to joining in eventually.. I think I will just be lurking for awhile to get the feel of the place.. I love chiles, especially the habs and scotch bonnets, I grow my own and smokedry them each year..
favourites fresh chiles include.. red savina hab, chocolat hab , fatali , and the wiri wiri pepper from guayana
favourite sauces .. I like CaJohns select puree sauces.. fatali and red savina are great... I like the pure taste of the peppers from these sauces and they often are much hotter than other sauces because they have more chile solids.. just pureed peppers and vinegar how can ya go wrong.
