Chillies similar to jalapenos

Hi

My friend has asked me for some chillies to use in his restaurant for chopping into his salsas and putting on his nachos. He has specifically asked for Jalapenos, the one variety i have not got ready yet.

Could anyone suggest an alternative chilli he could use out of the ones I have growing which are:

Bangalore Torpedo
Big Jim
Bolivian Rainbow
Bulgarian Carrot
Cayenne
Cherry Bomb
Chiletepin
Chinese Five Colour
Cobra
Cuban Brown Hab.
Fatali
Golden Habanero
Krakatoa
Japaleno
Lemon Drop
Pimiento Choricero
Piri Piri
Prairie Fire
Pusa Jwala
Scotch Bonnet
Sizzler

If none of the above are similar, is there a fast growing high yielding variety of Jalapeno anyone can suggest?
Once again I appreciate your help
Tori

Here is a good one I found at www.burpee.com. They claim that this is an early pepper. But I'm not sure how quickly they go from germination to pods though.

Hot Pepper Jalapa

Early red hot.

Very early to fruit,2 1/2-3"long,petite jalapeno.58-62 days.

The Jalapeño flavor is actually quite unique, but I could see how Big Jim could be used similarly. plus it's huge.

Chilaca is a cap annuum and not commonly grown in the US, but is available all over Mexico. A fairly quick grower.

It is not too picante and is used frequently in salsa freacas.

I have a FRESNO is that a jalapeno or related to one?
(sorry to keep hacking away at this subject!)
