Chipolte chili crusted sockeye salmon

I see crust kind of. Where's the chipotle? No matter. I'd squeeze some lime on it and slap it on a taco. Sockeye is good food.
 
Is that on a bed of Zuccimi? Hard to see on this Iphone but man that looks like some true Sonoma Valley eats there. Put some wild rice and fresh Briccoli sauted in Olive Oil with some Garlic and fire roasted Hatch and sweet red peppers, a little Feta and BAM! Oh and of course a nice Pinot Grigio. Like a Clou Dubois to keep it all Calli. Going to have to try this one.
