I based it off of this recipe http://honest-food.net/2014/02/17/venison-jerky-recipe-chipotle/. I added a blend of scorpion, ghost and reaper flakes to the marinade. Then after marinating for 36 hours I shook of the excess but didn't pat the meat dry. Then ground additional super hot pepper flakes over the meat, pressed the flakes into the meat, flipped and repeated. It took about 7 hours to dehydrate.
