choc habs producing really small chillies???

i have a choc hab plant and i have had really good decent size friut from it when i first got it growing. but i pruned it back a far bit and now its a big nice bushy plant again but producing tiny little friut and ripening that way .....
not even a inch round maybe a little over a half a inch round... s bit bigger than size of a 5 cent peice in aust. why is this. in pic habs look bigger than they are. first pic was taken 3 weeks ago others just now.

happened to my Caribbean red habs last season, I have no idea why though.

Just a guess..Did you increase nitrogen in your fertilizing at any point?

It might have something to do with your plant size. My Choc Habs last year were much larger (3-4 ft Dia x 4 ft tall) and produced super large pod sizes.

Pinch buds, flowers, and small fruit until the plant goes into a good growth mode. Right now it seems to be stressed and trying its best to throw out more small pods so it can fulfill its purpose of reproduction

What POTAWIE said.

With the severe pruning you did the plant went into offensive mode and started producing pods just to get some seeds. Allowing it time to grow should fix the problem.
