We make Pepper Choka... Roast the Hot Peppers & Garlic add Salt and grind up...thats all to it!

yummm seem so good and so simple, which pepper are you using for choka ?
Use the Habs and Scotch Bonnets... We also add a herb to that called "bandania" but I left that out ... cause I dont know the other name for it...QuebecFire said:
