just read all about the WONDERS of CI and I NEED one for sure,just convinced the warden soo should be getting one soon!

Hey nate...if you have a sams or costco close to you, you may be able to get a "set" of Lodge in a wooden box from sams I think...I got that set for 39.95 and it included a 12" frying pan, a dutch oven (probably 6 qts) with a tool for the lid, and two other pieces (don't remember which ones it was...maybe a griddle and smaller skillet)...each piece has a zippered canvas carrying cover for it...

I have always followed one mantra; never, ever, ever, wash a seasoned CI anything with soap and water. If it's properly seasoned it's the original non-stick cookware. Rinse in hot water if you must and wipe down with a towel. End of story.
