Clear bubble "eggs"

Can anyone identify these clear bubble "eggs" that are on the underside of my
Okra seedlings.

Maybe not eggs. Apparently the leaves of okra sweat sap that dries into little balls.

That is a VERY big relief.  I was afraid they were going to "hatch" and spread to my pepper plants.
