Nothing about the fact that it is a cloned plant changes that. If you plan to produce pods for seed, you still must isolate the plant or the individual flowers to prevent cross pollination. Again, this is nothing more than a plant that has been divided and put into two places. Doing so doesn't change the underlying principles of biology. A cross pollinated plant that is developed from a rooted cutting produces a hybrid offspring just like a cross pollinated plant that is grown from seed.
