Compost Starter?

Do you know if it's an innoculant or activator?

Innoculants are pretty much unnecessary, and I haven't found that they make faster compost. You'd be better off throwing in a few handfuls of garden soil to innoculate your pile.

Activators are only useful if you have a high carbon:nitrogen ratio.

I have put grass clippings in a pile, sprayed it with water, and that night it was so hot you couldn't keep your hand in it.

read the ingredients, usually they are nothing more than bone and blood meal along with some poultry manure.....you may already have the ingredients.

I am happy to see the pee is more acceptable these days.

If you live in an are with wild life near by, it may also help fend off critters. So go mark your territory! and make sure to get some in the compost pile.

I'm a passionate garden whizzer...

Needless to say that I am very popular with our female neighbors B-)
