Comprehensive Scoville Scale chart

Scott Roberts has put together a great Scoville heat scale chart with chiles, sauces, and other hot products.  It's been recently updated to include quite a few of the newer chiles of all heat levels and some newer sauces.  It's also sort-able for just chiles, just sauces, or both.
