Absolutely love pickled Pepperoncini's and would love to make a sauce based on them. Thinking of mixing them with Hungarian Wax Peppers, but wanted to see if anyone here had a winning combination!

I made a fermented sauce last year with just orange/yellow pepperoncini. It was pretty good.
