So I had to make a batch of my Raspberry hot sauce for the MIL as a Christmas gift. Figured I'd catch up on some other stuff aswell
From Left to right: Top left is some puree I made from Some hots and supers. Bottom left is the Jar of raspberry for the MIL. Next is the rest of the raspberry. After that is a ferment I had in the fridge that I finished up ( still have to cook it so it isn't REALLY finished ). And lastly is a ferment I am moving to the fridge. Had to scrape some kham off the top.

It was actually pretty thick and I didn't need to reduce it.
