It's a cousin of the aji limo, just fatter shaped pods. Gaston Acurio even mentioned that aji arnaucho is his go to aji for ceviche, when aji limo isn't available.

This is a rather cool pheno of Choc Brain Strain (Judy's Stock) that turns from a pale whitish tint to a yellow then brown and red tints and then darkening into Burgundy and still getting darker. Early tester peppers were tremendous.
