Nice. I had to crutch it up. 163 now. Lol the shoulder below it was already past 170.
Jay T recommended this a while back. This is really good. Coriander is usually not my favorite, but I like this one. 9.5% abv too.

I Had a Victory Storm King Last night.  Similar ABV to the Golden Monkey.  Going a little lighter today  Founders All Day  IPA.

#cheers

I'm putting some new bombers in for later, including the Gulden Draak - which I'm looking forward to trying ...
But first, changing some blinds ... woo hoo ...

I always start a holiday with "is there anything you've been unable to do without my help?" ... finger's crossed behind my back, hoping there's not, but knowing there's at least SOME coming ...

Changing a couple of sets of blinds and building shelves isn't too bad, though - I'll be free in two hours ...

Haha....told you, should have started another brew.

Enjoying a Yeti Stout, sitting on my deck listening to the birds and enjoying the great weather. Going to take a little break and get ready to go out for dinner at one of our favorite waterfront spots.

. Love the Draak, cracking beer

Me too, but that one's not been in long enough yet ...

Taking a little beer break from choring ...

This is going to pay off in the long run, as D did have some more concerns once I got her going about it ...

Now we're reconfiguring some house/closet space, and shelves, to better accommodate the brewery ...

I never felt like my BBQ area was the pit, but I do sort of feel like my homebrew space is the brewery ...

I'm not sure what that means ... it's probably some interesting psychosemantic shit, though ...

Went on a little excursion yesterday while searching the Asian food markets for ingredients for GM's Memorial Day BBQ contest.  Once that was accomplished we had some beers.  First Lancaster Brewing's Hop Hog sideways, then Spring House Brewing's flight.  There were pale ales, ipas, stouts, boubon stouts, all kinds of good stuff like the Raspberry Wheat beer which is the pink one I drank some of first.  Next up was a great beer bar for a Founder's Oatmeal Stout on Nitro, then had to end things off with a few Natty Bo's at the club.

Oh yeah, and had some "Death" wings which were pretty damn good, and that amazing pork belly!

The Big Gruesome Peanut Butter Chocolate Stout and the Bloodlust Russian Imperial Stout over coffee beans were both fantastic from Spring House.  Anything from Founders is good, and I am a whore for oatmeal stouts on nitro so that was a no brainer!

The pork belly with the bbq sauce bleu cheese crumbles and green onion was the star of the day though.  AND, that plate only costs $7!

Those sound good, certainly. All of it, really.

I have to start plotting a chewy RIS ... and that Sea Monster I had last night was def in there ...

I'm not a huge fan of cleu cheese, at least not in a cold dish ... I'm experimenting w/ using it as a minor participant in some meat stuff, though ... like parm rinds.
