craft beer

Readied the grill and just poured 2015 BCBS ...

It's fucking delicious, as one would expect.

Fresh or not, it's remains as the lone other beer at the top with Zhukov for me ...

I have a feeling Founders CBS would get in there, haven't had!

I'm sure there are others too, and I'm delighted at the thought of finding them ... but it's MZ and BCBS at the top for me, and dayum if they aren't the tastiest shit on earth!

i agree ...

the barleywine is even better ...
Crazy right? I bought it because, why not? Right? It's really good. Smooth and a little more carbonation. Not nearly as chewy. Honestly, I'm not sure I would ever brew a 5 gal batch of either of them. I think they're great beers, but that's a lot of unfermented sugar in there. I'm going to try and age the other stout I have for at least a year, and see how that goes. I think the chewiness is a must on the great imp stouts. So I guess I would just store all the bottles and drink them when I want one.

Well, fu<k it. I may just brew an imp stout next after the porter I'm going to do. Lol.

Btw this DFH 75 is pretty tasty. Not a whole lot different from the 60 though. It says it has maple syrup added but it's barely noticeable. I'm more excited about the bigger bottle I'll have for homebrew though.

Those beers are my dream beer. I could drink the BCBB and BCBS and a Columbus/Citra DIPA only and be thrilled ;)
I like all of those but I wouldn't be happy with only those. The variety and switching styles is what keeps me going.

For instance, not sure you can get this in FL, but this is a bomb ass choc milk stout.

The chocolate flavor in this is soooo good.

Gotta love this cow too.
Beers like this make my day, in addition to the high end ones.

It's honestly the best chocolate milk stout I've had. It's the closest to drinking a bottle of chocolate milk I've had. The mouth feel is perfection imo. It's a STL brewery.

If you can't get it there, let me know. I'll send you a couple of cans. It's really good. Rogue dbl is better but it's really not a fair comp being a dbl.
4 hands make some pretty stellar beers.

Relatively pedestrian for this weekend, but not bad tasting all in all ...

Dogfish any good? Been avoiding it because it seems like it would be bland. Was eyeballing fat tires white ipa yesterday.

I haven't been much of a fan, but my taste roves a bit, so I usually double-back for singles just to check periodically ...

I like DFH, especially the 90. You should try Boulevards wheat. Really good with a lemon slice.

TC i haven't seen that one yet. Their Black Jack porter is really good.
