cucumber mosaic virus i think, now what do i pull them all up?

I am pretty sure i have CMV cucumber mosaic virus, i am considering pulling up all of my cucumbers as they are between my peppers and tomatos and it looks like this will spread.
 
any suggestions or thoughts?
