I kinda like it.
hamachi is by far my favorite. try it next time you will LOVE it. I'm also a huge salmon/tuna lover as well.

Not too long ago mrs. blues dragged me to her favorite sushi joint and I discovered the 
 
magic wonder of eel sauce aka kobayaki.
 
I also like a shit-ton(official SoFlo measurement) of wasabi, even if it ain't for realz.

I go to this place and its all you can eat for $16.95 and its really good. I order whatever I want at the sushi bar and they make whatever I can think of combining into any roll.

I reckon every sushi joint I've ever been too has tempura on the menu.
 
My favorite joint in Frisco has the best tempura I've ever had.
 
So delicate, airy, light and crispy, the black tiger prawns are like eating shrimp flavored angel farts.

The roll I posted a page ago had some spicy crab tempura in the center of it.  They called it a Nemo roll.  That little nugget of Heaven in the center was a really cool treat.
