Legally I can't sell them because i'm not licensed and they aren't FDA approved but I do accept donations from friends and coworkers to defer some the costs involved (though it's still just a money pit )

D3monic said:Not sure, dont think I did since I didnt know for sure what the cross was

Awesome, Im glad you liked it! I try to keep the peppers foward as the main ingredients when possible. I think the smoked bonnets shine a little in this sauce but it doesnt have an overly smokey taste. I dont think the mango and pineapple are even that noticeable in there do you?Walchit said:Just tried that voodoo priest! Its pretty hot, but not too bad. Right where I like it actually. I'm usually not a big fan of ginger, but it was just barely standing out to me. Maybe the cumin and mustard balance it out or something idk. My wife said she really liked it too, and she said it was a tad hotter than my Country Bhumpkin.

Might work for the glass but my self venting lids are plastic and silicone I believe. I didnt get around to it last night. Hopefully tonight I find the motivation.Walchit said:I've never used it. Or done a ferment. But I hear that it works. Or you can bake in the oven at 200° I'm pretty sure.
