D3monic's 2015 Glog. Lots of Pods.

I had a great 2014 growing year and can't wait to get started on 2015. Had some issues with overwinters and aphids but I ditched them and nuked the basement. Here is last years Glog link
 
I just went through and cataloged my current seed list. Built up a bit of a collection over the course of the winter.

 Also doing a few Pineapple ground cherry tomato plants. Taste just like tiny pineapples and will be great for a salsa verde with ajis and maybe the bonda ma jacques

Time to start trapping pests before they become a problem. buried some solo cups with beer and olive oil in them in the raised beds and set a couple mouse traps for the voles. Nacho cheese because i'm allergic to peanutbutter.

Thanks, The fidalga roxa does have some of my favorite foliage. Much darker than the cgn-21500s and pink tigers so far. Just deep dark blackish wit new growth showing green before turning. Love it. Can't wait to see these as full grown plants. I don't have many seeds left but if you wanted any I could send a few.

     Thanks for the offer, but I'm up to my neck in plants as it is. (I just started another flat of marigolds, poppies and lettuce.  ) Also, I have a cheiro roxa already going. Maybe we can trade a SFRB of pods this summer to compare?

That sounds good. Hopefully I get a lot. I was planning on crossing the cgn-21500 with white fatalii for pod taste but I may end up doing a cross with the roxa as well. Would be nice to get the foliage with nice tasting pods.

check out the cgn 2150xxx I have 6 plants going this year and hope to get something nice out of them. Have a few extra seeds if you need them. Nice looking plants

I haven't even eyeballed my Bgoats in a while. I might have to sort them out and see how they doing in comparison with everyone else. Also curious as to my lemon drops because I don't recall seeing them. Wee diggin time. 
 
Going to have the wifey load mouse traps with peanut butter for me. they don't seem to like that fake nacho cheese crap I put in there. I got one that keeps getting into my smoker and shitting it up. I might set a trap in there just for that bastard.

Lets be hopeful for a successful cross. Probably be a winter project growing them out and selecting a pheno and trying to stabilize it. That's assuming any of the crosses even take.

Lol thanks, it's by far one of my nicest looking plants at the moment. Both fidalga roxas look almost identical other than different sized pots. This one will probably end up in a half barrel planter by my back porch with maybe a few smaller bright colored pepper plants at the base of it. Maybe Aji Omni color depending on how big it gets.
