Tough to narrow down but I really like Fatalii,  Bonda Ma Jacque and that Aji Rosita Dulce is killer.

Gotta agree with you on keeping the Fatalii.  Cant vouch for the other two as Ive never had them.  I diced up a fatalii last night and mixed it in my yakisoba. Really spiced it up and good flavor too.

Some large tomato porn.
The 1st one is a 1 lb 12.5 oz Cowlick's Brandywine
The 2nd one is a 1 lb 10.1 oz Cowlick's Brandywine
The 3rd one is a Dangler original tomato called Prairie Star.  This one came in at 1 lb 12 oz.

Here's another photo of Prairie Star.  It's a big, beautiful and great tasting bi-color.  Most are in the 1.5 lb range.  This one is 1 lb 9.4 oz.
This one will be sacrificed for seed.

Nice looking monsters Harry. Meaty or seedy? How's the taste?

Definitely not meaty like a paste tomato.  I wouldn't say they are not overly seedy either.  Very juicy and great tasting for a bi-color. I switch between the Brandywines and the Prairie Star for my daily BLT.  Some bi-colors are very bland.  This one is not.  We'll have seeds available this fall.  This is a very rare tomato.  It's a large indeterminate PL plant with moderate production.  PM me if interested.  BTW:  Prairie Star is described by a few others in the SSE database.

For a change of pace ..... Decided to harvest a few of the milder bunch.  All are nice varieties.
The Tampiquenos are ready for the smoker.
The Jalas are mostly Lemon Spice, Orange Spice and Travelers .... Ready to be made into poppers.

Nice variety of peppers. These types are why I grow peppers. I personally can do without the superhots. Good jalapenos can be made into a huge variety of things.

Thats about how many Chilhuacle ive gotten sofar also (2 plants). Ive got a few more rojo i could pick today. I cant get over the flavor of the negro. Love the smell of them too. They "smell hotter" than they taste and sweeter than i would have imagined. I would guess heat is similar to a aji panca but flavor is totally different. I made sure to save plenty of seeds.

We love those Chilhuacles and the plants seem stronger this year.  Some years they're kind of spindly for us.  Thanks for the reminder .... I need to go out and check on my Pancas .... they seem very slow to ripen this year.

I got 1 panca pod turning atm so its starting here. This year is slower but they are slow anyway.
I just picked 3 ripe ones. I had to toss a 4th as it had been eaten on by some critter.

Ive tried Burma Spice panca powder and while its good....I like my pod flavor better. I just dry mine with 1 slit to open them up. Speeds the drying. Its very easy to make them into paste or powder later. Just a great powder for beans too. Last year my panca plants kept growing and growing so they set pods late. I had a couple do that this year too but all of them take most of the season to ripen. Ive had green pods for well over a month. Probably over 2 months.

Going through the same thing with aji amarillo atm also. I got lots of greeners and only 1 ripe sofar. Lost quite a few pods to storms though. Both are awesome peppers if you can wait for them.

Another giant Brandywine Cowlicks.  Almost 2 lbs.

Not sure what I'm going to do with all of these.  Instead of the intended Mucho Nacho I got these.  This ticks me off.  I'm not intentionally growing any bell peppers this year.  I didn't even start any.  Therefore, not my mix-up.
