smoking Date with a brisket tomorrow

Very nice! Yea it's very unseasonably warm. Temps actually going up as the night progresses. It's like 54 right now where i'm at. 
 
Good bye Clampet's. Got all the fabric pots hosed out and folded to put away. Got all the trash/ish off the patio. Feel so much better now. I've been so crunched for time the last couple of months. Thank God for this glorious weather so I could get all this done in Dec.


Got a lot of other stuff done too garden cleanup wise. I'll probably throw that in my glog. This is all about that meat here.

189....feeling fine. Gonna jump in the shower then sit out here and crack a freshie. Wait for this slab to get to 203 then rest that bitch up dig in!

I let it go a little longer than I would have liked. But it was still juicy and tasted great. Going to have plenty left to make some tacos later this week :)
